What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, we will send a tracking link so you can follow your 12th Tribe favorites right to your door.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know what size to order?
Since we curate styles from various designers, sizing can vary. We provide a general size guide on each product page and include specific fit notes in the description to help you find your perfect match.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
