We want you to love your 12th Tribe pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a store credit via an E-Gift Card.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Get Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be issued within 5-7 business days.
